Real Estate

To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.– Douglas Adams

Relationships mean more than transactions.

Many homeowners have bought and sold homes over the years.  Selling a senior’s most valuable asset, their home and the subsequent move, often requires expertise in a number of different areas.  At this stage in life, the decision to sell a home may be much more complicated due to the number of unique issues, decisions and sometimes the number of people involved.

Most real estate agents take a transactional approach to real estate – identifying new clients, closing the deal, and then moving on to the next client. I believe you deserve more from the professional you choose to do business with.  Working by referral is all about trust.  We want someone proven, who comes highly recommended and is already on your side.

The financial, logical and emotional issues involved in a move can be stressful for a family to navigate.  Senior parents and their adult children may feel they are in unfamiliar waters as they deal with these questions.

As a licensed Realtor with a special designation called a “Seniors Real Estate Specialist” my goal is to exceed expectations and make sure my clients are completely satisfied.
