Before joining Illustrated Properties as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Nina spent nearly 10 years in the Senior Living Industry as a Marketing Executive. Throughout her career, there wasn’t a day that went by that she heard “I would love to move in your community but I need to sell my house and I don’t know where to start.”  It was disheartening to see so many families making difficult decisions with little or no guidance.  Thus, her passion and the idea to offer a full service real estate and relocation service for seniors evolved.

Although real estate is the main focus, there are times when real estate services are not necessary but relocation services are needed. We have created a variety of services to assist you in ANY aspect of a move or transition. In our area, there are many senior living options available. We will streamline the process to make it easier for you to make an informed decision.

We will meet with you personally, review your situation, accompany you on visits to communities if needed, and answer all your questions. In addition, we can talk with family members, home care agencies, caregivers, or provide that “peace of mind” to family members not able to be there themselves.

Together, we will find the solution that will provide the best quality of life possible for you or your loved one.

CONSULTATION

In our initial conversation, our goal is to understand your needs including medical, social, lifestyle and financial guidelines. We meet you personally and present the senior living options that provide the most appropriate options designed for your budget. We will clearly define our role as your advocate and consultant in navigating the senior living industry.

COMMUNITY SELECTION

Together we will select several communities that meet your criteria and arrange for a marketing brochure to be mailed to your home. Once you narrow down your search, we will schedule community tours with you. When a selection is made, we can assist with the paperwork and arrange for the move. We will follow up with you to ensure that the location chosen is meeting your care, comfort, and safety needs. We are always available to answer any questions you might have free of charge.
